We kindly ask you to take a moment and read our house rules, as being respectful to all of them is crucial for the maintenance of our property and to ensure the same 5-star quality experience for our future guests as well.
1- Only guests on the reservation are authorized to stay in the rental property. All Guest ID’s must be submitted before check in.
2- Our home is not to be used to host parties, events, or social/group gatherings.( unless analyzed and authorized) Please note that there are cameras on the outside . So, any guest having an event, party, or social/group gathering in the property or exceeding the number of authorized guests will be evicted without refund and will also incur a $500 penalty charge.
3- No drug use in or near the property.
4- Smoking and pets are not permitted in our home, and any failure to adhere to this will result in a minimum $500.00 penalty charge.
5- The air conditioning should not be set below 70 Degrees Fahrenheit by the guest. Setting it to a lower temperature will not cool the home quicker. Due to high temperatures in Florida, setting the temperature below 70 Degrees Fahrenheit may result in the system freezing up. If this occurs the air conditioning will have to be turned off to allow the unit to defrost. And the guest will have no air conditioning during this time and will be responsible for the technician’s call-out charges.
6- Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times.
7- Please note (If this feature applies to your listing) that Pool Heat & Spa heat is $40.00 per night and it should be requested prior to check-in. It can take up to 24hrs for the pool to fully heat up.
If it is requested after check-in, an additional $35.00 call-out fee will be charged.
Please do not touch the pool equipment at any time under any circumstance. Our pools are on a weekly cleaning schedule so during your stay a staff member might go to your pool to complete the cleaning. They will not enter the home and only the back patio area.
8- Please note ( If this feature applies to your listing) that BBQ Grill is $120 Rental fee. Guests will be responsible for replacing propane if needed.
9- We provide sanitized linens and towels, however, they cannot be cut or tarnished.
(Ex:.Stained with makeup) Failure to adhere to this will result in a $15 penalty charge, for each damaged item.
10- Trash must be disposed of daily, and at check out as well. A $100.00 Fine will be charged if trash is left behind.
10.1 Garbage Disposal:
Do not put anything in the garbage disposal that is not chopped biodegradable food. A garbage disposal is not a trash can, it’s for food scraps only. Non-food items can damage both blades and the motor. When in doubt, throw it out!
11- If garbage disposal, toilet, shower or Tub is severely clogged during your stay or at check out a fine will be applied.
12 – Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is Before 10:00AM. A $30 Fee per half hour delayed check out will be charged.
